Bibliotherapy combines reading and talking about books and stories to achieve a more positive sense of wellness. It is a chance to connect with others, discuss how books can help make people feel better, and share your thoughts in a small group. A trained facilitator will lead the reading activities on a weekly theme followed by a guided group discussion. No preparation required.  Presented in partnership with the Literacy Network of Durham Region.
