Receive free screening for Hepatitis C, as well as care, treatment, and support from Durham Community Health Centre professionals. Education to increase Hep C awareness, harm reduction education and supplies, as well as community resources referrals are provided. In partnership with Durham Community Health Centre (formerly CAREA) Hep C & Harm Reduction Programs.
