This 6-week course offers an introduction to mindfulness, exploring its roots and contemporary applications. Designed for individuals who want to reduce stress, enhance well-being, and create lasting mindfulness practices, this course combines theory with opportunities for practice. By the end of the course, participants will have the tools and knowledge to build their own mindfulness routines to ease distress and cultivate greater presence and calm in their daily lives.
