We are excited to share our new program calendar and online room booking system, making it easier to find the right programs for you and book rooms online!
Program Calendar
New Key features include:
- Colour codes to separate between age groups
- Calendar and list view
- Filter programs by location, age group, and program type
- Able to create a customized program brochure
To create a brochure, select your desired filters at the top of the program calendar. For example, if your desired location is Main Branch and you are looking for Kids and Family programs, select Main Branch under location and Kids and Families under age group.
Once you have your desired filters selected, select create brochure. You can then download your brochure as a PDF and have it sent via email as a PDF, or subscribe to receive a daily, weekly, or monthly email digest about programs related to your selected filters.
Note: If you are creating a brochure in list view, you will have to input a date range to view all programs.
Room Bookings
At this time, only our study spaces can be booked online while paid room rentals will be available for online booking soon. Stay tuned!
